  • Covers the assigned zone during supervisory hours while on duty.

  • Meets company objectives and KPI goals including LP initiatives.

  • Works closely with the ASM and SM to set store goals and achieve personal productivity goals.

  • Ensures that store team is given and achieves personal productivity goals.

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, anticipates, and overcomes obstacles while achieving company objectives.

  • Maintains strong business acumen and can speak to the business.

  • Ensures that store is merchandised per store set and company standards.

  • Provides a clean, consistent, shoppable environment for customer and store team.

  • Works closely with store manager to implement all merchandise strategies including markdowns and promos as directed.

  • Understands and complies with company, operational, customer, safety and Torrid Loss Control policies and procedures.
