Performs all POS functions as required and ensures accuracy and efficiency.
Covers the assigned zone during supervisory hours while on duty.
Meets company objectives and KPI goals including LP initiatives.
Works closely with the ASM and SM to set store goals and achieve personal productivity goals.
Ensures that store team is given and achieves personal productivity goals.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency, anticipates, and overcomes obstacles while achieving company objectives.
Maintains strong business acumen and can speak to the business.
Ensures that store is merchandised per store set and company standards.
Provides a clean, consistent, shoppable environment for customer and store team.
Works closely with store manager to implement all merchandise strategies including markdowns and promos as directed.
Understands and complies with company, operational, customer, safety and Torrid Loss Control policies and procedures.
Performs other job duties as needed and required.
